Description:
Seven Cycles has been manufacturing the highest quality bike frames for over 27 years. Located in Watertown, Massachusetts, Seven is integral in our cycling community and to be able to see manufacturing at its finest happening right here is a special opportunity. Seven’s designers and bike builders have skill and expertise unparalleled in the cycling industry. This is the place where Rider Ready and custom bikes come to life and many new innovations in bike building have been developed over the years and over 35,000 frames.
Learn how, with optimal tubeset selection and manipulation techniques, Seven's titanium frames offer around 20% more efficient power transfer than that found in popular carbon performance bikes on the market. Also see how Seven tailors each tubeset and geometry to counterbalance this stiffness with the smoothest ride available. Learn how this seemingly contradiction provides a faster more confidence inspiring bike.
This 45 minute tour will take you through the Seven Cycles factory to see:
Many of the interesting steps of how a Seven frame is built, one at a time.
See some of the new processes Seven uses to build dual suspension mountain bike frames and new concept gravel bike frames
Learn a wide array of customization available in the manufacturing process
Find out what it takes to be a master frame builder
See how Rider-Ready bikes are built in conjunction with full custom bikes
Discover the value of an east-coast, hand-made frame and resulting bike that starts at $5,800 for a complete bike.
